This is a really beautiful, guaranteed old and European made toast carrier, with a handle.  It is stamped 800 inside, and also has a few other hallmarks, that I do not recognize.  It meaures 6 & 1/2″ high with the handle, and 6 & 1/8″ wide, and weighs a solid 121.1 grams.  NO damage.
I do not polish any silver items, as I have found that the majority of buyers prefer the original patina, left intact.
No damage and no repair marks.
